Notes on the new STAF-compliant EMC analysis package ems, by me.
This is intended to augment the existing documentation on the new simulations and analysis chain, agi/gstar/g2t/staf, for those people specifically interested in running EMC-related simulations with the ems package.

These documents are the third draft of the Functional Model for the EMC Simulations Software. It was made available on March 25, 1996. The stewardship of these documents is being taken over by Tom LeCompte. Presently either myself or Tom should be considered as the contact persons for these documents...

This document is the second draft of the Functional Model for the EMC Simulations Software. There will be one more version after this one, because the event reconstruction section in this version is not complete. However, the simulations side is very close to being final. This document is the first draft of the Functional Model for the EMC Simulations Software, written under the new guidelines for STAR SAS Functional Models that was developed at the October 9-11 STAR SAS Meeting at UT-Austin.
